Nursery
Here are some pictures of the nursery. This too is still a work in progress, but we want to share what it looks like so far. A special thanks to Uncle Kevin for helping Daddy paint the room, while Mommy and Aunt Michaelyn went shopping. Also, we want to thank Uncle Matt, who continues to impress us with his artistic talent.

Anyway, congrats Shannon and Mike! Baby D is coming along (as he should be). I love your website, and the pics! Can't wait to be an aunt (again)!!!
Wow. I wrote "he." I always refer to your baby as a boy. That means it'll be a girl b/c I always referred to Andrew as a "she."
Shannon and Mike, The website is great, dad and I are enjoying looking at it in Florida! Dad just saw Matt's bear for the first time and is quite impressed too! You look great in those pictures (you too Mike and Andrew is cute as ever!) we are on countdown now! That is what I will be thinking about on the flight home....Love you Mom and Dad (and Michaelyn....I'm thinking girl????)

I saw the pictures of the nursery yesterday, but I'm going to attempt to recreate my reaction for you here:
"Wow! That is really good! Matt drew all that by hand?"
I figured I might as well write it down so that you can add it to that highly detailed baby book someday.:)
The nursery is adorable!!! I am so glad you put this site together. What a great idea.
Well, my favorites names are Ava, Arianna and for a boy I LOVE Joshua (which means "God is my salvation"). I really like Aiden too! It might help you narrow a name down if you know what they mean.
I am so excited and happy for you guys. I cannot wait to see Baby D.

Unbelievable !!!! What a beautiful job Matt did on the walls. What a great room for a boy or girl. I think it's a girl though !!! But I thought Jamie was having a girl too ... guess we'll have to wait and see.
Shan, we need the updated pictures of the nursery with the latest new stuff. It looks so awesome. All of you did a great job. (and maybe dad will get busy on the windows when he sees that is all that is missing!)

Why do I not see any Husker Red in this room????? Aunt Barb will have to take care of this. The room looks beautiful and full of love. All of us are anxious for the special day. The little husker or huskerette will have a special place to come home to.
